We have opened our 2014 season with a cracker of a sunny spring day and loads of impressed visitors. We are open 13 September to 12 October 2014, 9.00am-5.00pm, everyday of the week and don’t forget your dogs anytime (on a lead).
The 10 acre garden of magnificent tulips and other spring flowers creates a spectacular display. Hundreds of blossom trees nestle between the flowers and provide a magic pathway to the cascading waterfall and watercourse with classical music wafting through the air in the hidden valley. Take the popular pathway past the rosemary field framed by unique blossom trees to our 70 metre high viewing platform for the perfect photo.
Our magnificent gardens are in the hidden valley adjacent to the Federal Hwy and only visible on entry. If coming from Canberra, continue on the Federal Highway past the overhead bridge for the Sutton, Queanbeyan,Gundaroo turn off, we are only just down the highway a little further on the left- just look for the large sign and the flags.
EVERY WEDNESDAY is seniors day= 10% off in our nursery!
Canberra and Queanbeyan taxis will drop off and pick up from Tulip Top Gardens, there is no shuttle service from Canberra City or surrounds. Canberra Guided Tours may also be able to assist with getting you to and from Tulip Top Gardens and other special places in Canberra and the region.
