    • Roxanne,

Unfortunately a visit to the gardens prior to opening is not an option. Being a private garden it is the two of us getting the gardens ready, mowing, weeding, watering and setting up marquees, coordinating deliveries etc. It is a shame that you are leaving prior and if you cant stay a little longer, we encourage you to become ‘friends’ with us on facebook which will enable you to see the pictures, read the posts and feel a part of the festival for 2012. All the best, Pat & Bill

  1. We visited last year – it was the most beautiful gardens I have ever seen especially with the blossums falling looking like snow on the ground. Website is nice however there isnt any address or opening hours or details and photos dont show how lovely it is.

    • Hi Sue,

Thank you for your feedback. This is a new website this year and at the top of the page written in white (with black background) are the various pages with all sorts of information and photos. Just move your cursor to the tab you want and double click. We look forward to seeing you this year. TTG

  3. During a recent trip to Canberra to see Floriade, friends suggested we also go to Tulip Top Gardens just out of Canberra. A short walk down a beautiful blossom lined pathway led us to an unbelievable site, far beyond what we expected. Tulips of every colour and variety cascaded around carefully curved beds, lovingly cared for and surrounded by every coloured viola and pansy that you could imagine. We were speechless. If we thought The Floriade was good, then this had to be outstanding. We were in tulip heaven! There were seven in our group and we were stunned by the care and generosity in providing such a wonderful display for others to share. We didn’t want to leave and we thank you for your enormous community spirit and hard work in making this experience possible. A highlight for our trip. Wow!
